The direction confirms that the vacation imposed from August 6 to 31, 2007 does not touch the whole staff representatives, and that this measurement targets just a population of workers called “between 2 contrats”.
The direction does not guarantee DEVOTEAM forwarded emails reception to workers.
“FREE” internet provider does not guarantee any service at all, that is why Union representative CGT cannot receive all mails .
The direction notes that the employees “between contrats” cannot file their emails at Devoteam.com, moreover the mailboxe size is limited to 256 Mo.
The direction maintains its position to impose the vacations during “between 2 contrats” period; The remainder of the personnel takes his vacation as it wants.
The direction justifies its position to impose the vacations because of the “between 2 contrats” situation of the workers;
